At The Macilyn Method we value our Lash Artists schedule and time.
Our Lash Artists are paid for each service completed.
This is why we cannot waive any late cancellations, late reschedules and no-show fees.
These are strictly enforced policies.
Thank you for respecting your Lash Artist and also valuing their schedule and time.
We appreciate your understanding!

Please give a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment if you need to cancel your appointment.
This allows us enough time to offer your appointment to another client and to be notified on the new schedule so the Lash Artists day can be planned accordingly.
If you are unable to notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service price for a late cancellation.
If you "no show" for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service price.
Fee(s) are to be paid at the time of the late cancellation/late reschedule/no show. This fee cannot be accredited towards any other services or products.
Although we sympathize with illness and unexpected emergencies WE CANNOT be responsible for any late cancellations, late reschedules and no shows.
Exceptions to this policy are
NOT PERMITTED.
By booking your appointment you are agreeing to this policy.


Trainings

Deposit is non refundable.
Please give a 1 week notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your training.
This allows enough time to offer your spot to another student and to be notified on the new schedule so the instructors day can be planned accordingly.


Products

The Macilyn Method is not responsible for any accidents or misuse of the products that we sell.
NO RETURNS/REFUNDS.
ALL SALES FINAL.
After orders are shipped, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or miss marked packages (marked delivered when it wasn't).
If there are any problems with the transit of your package(s) you are responsible for contacting your local post office to get information on this.
Because your package(s) is now out of our hands after dropping off, we cannot control what the post office does or how the package(s) is being handled.
